Last night their was a soccer game 5 blocks from us and could we ever hear the fireworks. They raised money for children with cancer. The streets were full of people and cars.
Today a pleasant warm day with no rain. Sat. we go to Cahuita Nat´l Park on the Mediterranean Sea for two days which is over a 4 hour journey by bus. Many sights available from zip lines which are thrill rides through the rain forest, deep sea fishing, ocean scuba diving, butterfly center, more to learn later. Laying in the sun by the sea!!!!!!! Back on Monday to San Jose. Finishing up our work projects Tuesday & Wed. with a trip to the volcanoes and water falls on Thursday. Flying out Friday morning.
Today some helped with the children´s feeding program at the church where the medical team and VBS school are taking place. Around 50 children are fed breakfast and lunch each day and introduced to the love of God. Three churches in the U.S. underwrite this program.
Medical team saw 100 people today.
VBS had over 60 children today with 22 in the preschool department alone. All very sweet and very proud of their projects. They sing their hearts out.
Take care all. We send our love. Dave & I are posting this, but all are wanting your comments and they receive them.

Thinking and praying for you everyday. Our Son in IRAQ says it snowed today - and to think how warm it is where you are - weird qwinky-dink! (All working for PEACE and a better world!) Missing you and looking forward to all the neat stories we'll all hear and read about when you all return. Neighborhood is too quiet!!! Give them all extra hugs from us, and teach them the universal language - MUSIC!! JMH
