Day 5 Church Site

Wed. Jan. 9th This afternoon I decided to stay at the church and work because they were in need of additional help. I really enjoyed this day because I helped mix concrete, take loads upstairs to the new kitchen and helped smooth the new concrete floor. It was a very good team work. We got half of the floor done today and will finish it up tomorrow. We ended by cleaning up all the tools and putting them away. We all got together again for dinner. Rosa made a rice dinner, guacamole and chips. Very good! After dinner we saw the most beautiful sunset then loaded the bus to head back to the dorm. Devotional meeting again, then showers and bedtime for all. I wonder what fun adventure lies ahead tomorrow? Laci S.
